NIC ASIA Bank forays to C-ASBA service through its 168 branches; C-ASBA compulsory from Falgun 11

NIC ASIA bank has started C-ASBA service from Magh 23, 2074 targeting the latest instruction from Securities Board of nepal to conduct all public issues through Centralized ASBA system from Falgun 11, 2074. Issuing the press statement, the commercial bank has informed that the customers can receive C-ASBA Registration Number (CRN) from its all 168 branches throughout the nation which would enable them to apply for the shares. Once this CRN is obtained, the customers can apply to any public issues online through “Mero Share” from their respective Demat accounts. Those who don’t have access to online application can visit any branch of NIC ASIA bank to fill the C-ASBA form to apply for the shares, reads the statement further.
