NIC Asia Bank Auctioning Promoter Shares of RMDC from Today

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) is auctioning the promoter shares of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC). The auction has opened from today, i.e. 2nd Baisakh, and it will close on 8th Baisakh.

The bank is auctioning 3,93,801 promoter shares of the microfinance company. Rs. 435 is the minimum bid rate for the shares. While the minimum bid quantity is 100 units, bidders can bid for the entirety of shares. However, bidders are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

All existing promoters, eligible individuals, companies, and institutions can bid for the auction.
