NIC ASIA Bank allots its Rs 3 arba worth of NICASIA Debenture 2081-82; debentures to be listed in NEPSE soon

NIC ASIA Bank Limited (NICA) has allotted its NICASIA debenture 2081-82 worth of Rs. 3 arba on Poush 25, 2074. The debenture which was issued to the general public from Poush 13 till Poush 21 was fully subscribed by the general public who would now receive 9% interest in a semi-annual basis, as per the notice published by the bank Issuing the press note, the bank informed that the issuance of NICASIA debentures has been a first of its kind in terms of its volume and the bank is optimistic the same will play an instrumental role in further enhancement of the stock market of the nation. The issued debentures will soon be listed at Nepal Stock Exchange after which the debenture holders can also trade their holdings in the secondary market, reads the press note further.
