NIBL Sambbridhi Fund-1 to distribute 15 % cash dividend from today

NIBL Sambbridhi Fund-1 will be distributing 15% cash dividend to its unit holders from today (Kartik 24, 2073). The company’s BOD meeting held on Shrawan 30, 2073 has proposed 15 percent cash dividend to its unit holders. The cash dividend cheque would be distributed from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 9:30 AM to 12.30 PM on Friday at NIBL Capital Markets Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the unit holders numbers : Notes:

1. Unit holders have to bring photocopy of the original share certificate of mutual fund along with a photocopy of citizenship certificate.
2. Original identity certificate of both representative and sender along with Letter of Authorization should be sent to the representative if the unit holders cannot collect the cash dividend themselves.
3. Unit holders providing bank account details till Kartik 5, 2073 & DEMAT account will have their cash in their respective bank account and DEMAT account. In case of failure in transfer of cash dividend till Kartik 17, 2073 will be distributed cash dividend as per above mentioned date.
