NIBL Ace Capital Proposes 20% Cash Dividend for FY 2078/79; Calls AGM on 18th Kartik

NIBL Ace Capital Limited (NIBLACE) has called its 10th AGM on 18th Kartik, 2079. The meeting will be held in NIBL Ace Capital, Lazimpat, Kathmandu, starting at 10:30 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 101st meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 26 has decided to distribute 20% cash dividend worth Rs. 5.40 Crores from its paid-up capital of Rs. 27 Crores.

Furthermore, there is also an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
