NIBL Ace Capital Partners with other institutions for organizing workshop on Road to IPO at Biratnagar

NIBL Ace Capital Ltd, Pioneer Law Associates and ACAN-Koshi Province Committee collaboratively conducted a workshop on “Road to IPO” to make corporate houses, real sector industries aware of IPO process in terms of legal and financial perspectives. The workshop was conducted on March 13, 2023, Monday at Hotel Harrison Palace, Banjara Chowk, Biratnagar.

Mr. Anup Raj Upreti Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Associates and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital Limited were the presenters of the session. ACAN-Koshi Province Head - CA. Manoj Adhikari, Secretary –CA Tirtha Yadav and Treasurer- CA. Aswani Bansal actively coordinated for successful execution of the program on behalf of ACAN -Koshi Province Committee.

The workshop covered vivid issues regarding IPO focusing on legal aspects, corporate governance, capital structuring, IPO pricing, size timeline and methods.

The number of participants from various corporate houses, real sector industries got insights on various aspects of IPO.
