NIBL Ace Capital joins hands with other partners for Road to IPO workshop at Chitwan targeting corporate houses

NIBL Ace Capital Ltd., ACAN – Chitwan Chapter and Pioneer Law Associates have collaboratively conducted a workshop on “Road to IPO” to make corporate houses of Chitwan aware of IPO process in terms of legal and financial perspective. The workshop was conducted on May 10, 2023, Wednesday at Hotel Siraichuli of Chitwan.

Mr. Anup Raj Upreti Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Associates and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital Limited were the presenters of the session. Sandeep Phuyal, Santosh Regmi and Nishan Poudel played an important role for the successful implementation of the program.

The workshop covered vivid issues regarding IPO focusing on legal aspects, corporate governance, capital structuring, IPO pricing, size timeline and methods. Number of participants from various corporate houses, got the insights on various aspects of IPO.
