Ngadi Group to refund IPO non-allottees from Jestha 17;applicants having A/C in 18 BFIs to get refund in respective A/C

Ngadi Group Power Limited is refunding excess money collected from investors from Jestha 17, 2073 (Moday). It had floated 9.73 lakh unit shares as part of its IPO shares.
The non-allotted investors have to visit their respective collection centers with receipt and copy of citizenship to collect their refund money through account payee cheque.Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the investors cannot pick up their money themselves.
The applicants having an account in BFIs mentioned below will have their money directly deposited in their respective accounts.
NIBL Capital Limited was the issue manager for the IPO.
There were total 153,607 applicants out of which only 62,658 investors got the shares including 7 mutual fund. There were only 90 invalid applicants.
Allotment for investors who had applied from Rs 5,000 or 50 units to Rs 80,000 or 800 unit shares were decided through lottery and investors who had applied for Rs 81,000 or 810 units to Rs 90,000 or 900 units got 10 units and remaining investors who applied for Rs 92,000 or 920 units to Rs 50,00,000 or 5,000 units were allotted 1.16 % on pro-rata basis.
