Ngadi Group signs agreement with NEPSE to list 48.68 lakh unit ordinary shares; to be listed on Bhadra 22

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) and Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has signed an agreement to register 48, 68,680 units ordinary shares yesterday (Bhadra 14, 2073). As per the notice published by the company today, the trading will on NEPSE after 7 days of notice published that means the trading of the shares will be on Bhadra 22, 2073. Ngadi Power Group had floated its Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 9.73 crore (9, 73,737 lakh units shares) from Chaitra 21, 2072 till Chaitra 25, 2072. Ngadi Power has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as its Registrar to the Share (RTS). Siddhartha Capital will be providing various share related transactions such as ownership transfer of shares, signature verification, dividend distribution, and all other services related to share registration from its office located in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
