Ngadi Group proposes 10% cash dividend to be approved in AGM scheduled for Falgun 27; Book closure on Falgun 15, 2076

Ngadi Group Power (NGPL) will be convening its AGM on Falgun 27, 2076. The Board Meeting held on Falgun 01, 2076 has decided to propose the following dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76:
Current paid-up capital: Rs 53.55 crore
Cash dividend: 10% worth Rs 5.35 crore including tax amount
The book closure is on Falgun 15, 2076. The shareholders maintained on Falgun 14, 2076 (Wednesday) will be eligible to attend the AGM and claim the dividend.
