Ngadi Group Power Ltd. earns Rs 2.20 crore in Q1; EPS stands at Rs 18.15

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has reported net profit rise of 32.34% in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
As per the unaudited report published by the hydropower company today, the net profit of the hydropower has increased to Rs 2.20 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2073/74 compared to Rs 1.66 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year.
Ngadi made an income of Rs 4.23 crore, mainly from selling electricity in the first quarter, a decline from Rs 4.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year. Meanwhile, its income from other sources increased to Rs 35.60 lakh in the first quarter this year from Rs 2.02 lakh in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal year.
The company’s operating profit has increased to Rs 3.83 crore in Q1, up from Rs 3.77 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Its reserve fund has increased to Rs 2.31 crore from a negative reserve of Rs 97.99 lakh in Q1 of last fiscal year.
The Hydropower company has made investment of Rs 8 crore. Its share capital remains at Rs 48.68 crore. It still has secured consortium loans of Rs 42.60 crore.
Its earnings per share (EPS) stands at Rs 18.15, its net worth per share at Rs 104.76 and P/E ratio stands at 23.58 times.
