Ngadi Group Power Limited to distribute 10% cash dividend: Urges shareholders to update bank account

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has publishes the notice regarding the distribution of a 10% cash dividend. This cash dividend includes the tax amount on the cash dividend itself. The dividend is being distributed from Ashad 16, 2077.

The sixth Annual General Meeting held on Ashad 10, 2077 had endorsed the decision regarding dividend distribution.

The cash dividend will be directly deposited in the account mention in the DEMAT account of shareholders.

Those investors who still have physical certificates are requested to dematerialize their share as soon as possible and also urges investors to update bank account in Demat account if not done yet.

In addition, those shareholders who have taken a loan by the pledging shares will be distributed cash dividend after getting the ‘NO Objection Letter’ from respective banks.
