Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) Decides to Take on Majority Stake in Super Mai A Hydropower Project and Full Ownership in Maikhola Cascade Hydropower Project

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has decided to take on the majority ownership of Super Mai A Hydropower Project (9.6 MW) and full ownership of Maikhola Cascade Hydropower Project (3 MW).

Super Mai A Hydropower Project is operated by Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Co. Ltd and Maikhola Cascade Hydropower Project is operated by Mai Khola Hydro Power Ltd. The meeting of the board of directors of Ngadi Group Power Limited held on Bhadra 15 has decided to purchase a 76.58% stake of Super Mai A Hydropower Project and 100% of Maikhola Cascade Hydropower Project. The projects have already commenced energy production.

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) recently proposed 20% bonus shares and a 1.05% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. Bhadra 18 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
