Newly appointed Chairman of Om Development Bank takes oath from Deputy Governor
The Chairman of Om Development Bank, Mr. Sushil Kumar Goshali, took an oath in Nepal Rastra Bank from Deputy Governor, Mr. Chintamani Siwakoti.
The bank had its AGM (Annual General Meeting) on Falgun 29, 2074 where 3 directors were elected from among promoters and 3 were elected from among general shareholders. The elected directors of the Bank are Sushil Kumar Goshali Rajendra kumar Bataju, Bijay Malla, Yogendra Lal Pradhan, Shree Krishna Regi and Karma Kumari Gurung.
The Board meeting held after the election appointed Mr. Sushil Kumar Goshali as the chairman of the bank. Similarly, the AGM also endoresed 17.69% bonus share for the shareholders. After the distribution of bonus shares, the bank’s paid-up capital will reach Rs. 2 arba 51 crore. The bank is currently operating from 52 branches and 11 ATMs.
