New fiscal year starts with 11 sub-indices; Insurance sector separated as Life and Non-life

Nepal Stock Exchange has separated the index for the insurance companies as Life Insurance and Non-Life Insurance.

For the initial phase, the index of both the life and non life insurance was shown as 6,199.45 points.

After the segregation of Life and Non-life as two separate sub-indices, the count of total sub-indices has reached 11 in the secondary market. Along with that the testing of the online trading system has also started.

The investors need to take their User Name and Password from the respective stock broker to avail the service.
