Nerude Laghubitta opens auctions for 1.1 lakh units promoter shares; Application open till 17th Ashad

Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NLBBL) is opening an auction for it 1.1 lakh units promoter shares from Ashad 10th, 2076. The interested applicant can submit their bids till 4 PM of Ashad 17th, 2076.

The issued shares have a minimum bid value of Rs 196 and any bid places should be equal to or above Rs 196. Only the existing promoters of the bank can bid for the auction.

The promoter shares being auctioned belonged to Prime Commercial bank and since the minimum bid is at Rs 196, the bank will be earning Rs 1.02 crore from the auction.

The bid forms are available from Civil Capital Markets Limited, Sundhara, Kathmandu. The form should clearly mention the number of shares and the rate that you are offering per unit of shares.

The investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and there is no limit for maximum bidding. However, the applied units should not exceed the limit mandated by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).The applied units should be in whole number i.e you cannot apply for fractions.

The bid envelope should be marked with "Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha's Promoter Share Purchase Application". Investors can pay by Good for payment cheque or deposit the amount equivalent to their bidding at Civil Capital Market's account at Prime Commercial Bank. The account number is 00102109CA.
