Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank announces 44% stock dividend

Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NLBBL) has decided to distribute 44 percent bonus share and 2.32percent cash dividend for tax purpose. The BOD Meeting of the company held on Ashwin 29has proposed 44percent bonus share and 2.32percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The decision is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). In the Fiscal Year 2070/71, Nerude Laghubitta had issued 21.31 percent cash dividend and 25 percent bonus. Nerude Laghubitta has earned a net profit of Rs 8 crore in the last fiscal year. It’s paid up capital remains at 12.50 crore. After 44 percent bonus it’s paid up capital will rise to 18 crore.
