Nerude Laghubitta appoints NCM Merchant Banking as Issue Manager to issue 2:1 right share

Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited has signed an agreement with NCM Merchant Banking Limited for the issue manager of the 2:1 (50%) right share. NCM Merchant Banking Limited will be the issue manager for the 9 lakh unit’s public share issued by Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited. The agreement was done on Falgun 3,2072. Manikumar Aryal, from Nerude Laghubitta and Bijaya Lal Shrestha from NCM Merchant Banking Limited signed the agreement. 9^th Annual General Meeting of Nerude Laghubiita Bikas Bank Limited held on Poush 29,2072 had endorsed the agenda on the issuance of 2:1(50%)  right share to increase the paid up capital.
