Nerude Laghubitta announces 13% stock & 7% cash dividends; Paid up to reach Rs 34.57 crore

Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NLBBL) has announced dividends to its sharehoders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE today, board meeting held on Ashwin 17, 2074 of the microfinance company has announced 13% stock and 7.68% cash dividends to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
The decision is subjected to the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM.
In last year, NLBBL had distributed 20% bonus shares and 11.05% cash dividends.
Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 30.60 crore and after distribution of 13% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 34.57 crore.
Its LTP stood at Rs 1310 as of last trading day.
