NEPSE Works to Improve Broker-Client Services and Online Trading System

NEPSE has issued a press release demanding a few reforms to the way brokers are handling customer services. According to the news release, brokers will now have to establish a help desk to teach the basics of online trading to investors before handing them their username and password.

Moreover, it has urged its member broker companies to update their hardware and software database centers and also increase their IT human resources as specified by the directives. Since investors have repeatedly complained about brokers not receiving their calls on time, NEPSE has urged broker companies to find a way out of this issue immediately.
