NEPSE  urges investors to invest responsibly  

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice to investors for being more responsible while investing  in the secondary  market. The demand and supply of the shares in the secondary market determine the market price. There are numerous reasons affecting the demand and supply of shares among the investors. Basically, the listed shares are based on the company’s performance whereas information and other details directly affect the share price. Publishing a press statement yesterday it stated that the overall economic activities of the nation and rules and regulations affect the company’s performance. Thus investors need to make consideration on these factors. There is high risk when investors invest without doing any basic and technical analysis of respective company. ‘Price is the function of information only becomes relevant when decisions regarding investment are taken with prior analysis.’ added the statement. NEPSE requests all the investors to invest only after verifying the market rumors and analyzing the risk factor, profit and liquidity factor.
