NEPSE to convene its 37th AGM on Poush 29; Paid-up capital to be increased to Rs 50 crore

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) will be convening its 37th AGM on Poush 29, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the meeting includes:
- To increase the paid-up capital to Rs 50 crore
- Issuance of 66.67% bonus shares for the FY 2074/75.
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
Currently, Nepal Government holds 58.66%, Nepal Rastra Bank holds 34.60%, Nepal Industrial Development Corporation holds 6.12% and other members hold 0.62% of the total paid-up capital of NEPSE.
