NEPSE Suspends Trading of Khani Khola Hydropower Company (KKHC)

NEPSE has suspended the trading of Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KKHC) from the secondary market.

SEBON had submitted a letter to the exchange about the company's non-compliance with capital market rules. SEBON is the capital market's regulator. Specifically, the hydropower company had failed to unveil its financial reports. Public companies listed in the exchange have to make their financial performance transparent to the general public.

Thus, by NEPSE's decision on Jestha 20, the trading of the company shares has been suspended.
