NEPSE suspends listing of Saptakoshi Development Bank as it fails to publish quarterly report

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing suspension of Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited (SKDBL).
As per the notice published, the listed companies are required to publish their financial reports within one month of the end of every quarter, since SKDBL failed to do so, the listing of the securities of the company has been suspended.
