NEPSE Settles Today's Session With Significant 19.30 Points Gain; Four Scrips Hit Positive Circuit

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a gain today, gaining by 19.30 points (0.74%) to settle at 2,628.36. This follows a 2.79-point loss in the previous session.
The benchmark index opened at 2,606.73, touching an intraday high at 2,639.69, while the lowest point was 2,605.03. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 7.35 Arba, with 16,205,558 shares traded across 324 companies through 71,287 transactions. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 43.72 Kharba, while the float market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 14.62 Kharba.
Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 59.76 Crores. The stock closed at Rs. 724.00.
Four indices led the gainers' list, hitting the upper circuit limit.
Meanwhile, Wean Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB) recorded the steepest drop, falling 10%.
Among sectors, the Development Bank Index posted the highest increase of 1.88%, whereas the Hotels And Tourism Index saw the highest loss of 1.24%.
