NEPSE Risen by Minimal 0.24% Today While Turnover Jumps To Rs. 2.36 Arba

The NEPSE index closed at 1,932.33 today after gaining 4.68 points from the last trading day's closing. This is a gain of 0.24%. The index gained 25.66 points yesterday.

Today the index opened at 1,929.16 and then made the intraday low at 1,928.13. In contrast, it went as high as 1,950.81 and ultimately closed at 1,932.33.

261 scrips traded hands via 41,613 transactions. A total of 6,541,388 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 2.36 Arba in turnover amount. This is higher than the last trading day's turnover of Rs. 1.98 Arba.

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) shares traded the most and had the highest turnover of Rs. 10.13 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 343 per share.

Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UNLB) gained the highest 10% and hit the positive circuit for the day.

Conversely, Siddhartha Equity Fund (SEF) lost the highest 4.35% today.

Five sector indices closed red, "Trading" gained the highest 4.97% while "Mutual fund" lost the highest 0.62% today.
