NEPSE ready to start mock testing for investors; “Investors will be able to place orders now”, says NEPSE

From Shrawan 1, 2075 Indian company, AKS Information Technology and Services had started User Acceptance Testing of the Online Trading System.

The contract for the UAT was made for 90 days however if the information are to be considered, the testing will be completed within the end of Bhadra, 2075.

Along with this, NEPSE is also having talks to conduct mock testing of the Online Trading System.

What will the mock test offer?

As per the spokesperson of NEPSE, Mr. Murahari Parajuli, the mock test is likely to be a slight upgrade to the previous demo for the investors. Previously, the investors could only view the live trading, but now they will be able to place some orders. The same id and passwords provided earlier will be used.

The meetings regarding the mock has been going on and is supposed to hit the market soon. The mock test will provide the investors a brief knowledge on how the online trading will work.

What is the status of online trading?

The wait for the full-fledged online trading has been long. Due to this, the anticipation of the investors, brokers and all the stakeholders is high. The online trading will only be completely implemented after all the tests are conducted. So as of now, it cannot be said exactly when online trading will be out for full implementation but NEPSE has been trying to implement it as soon as possible.
