NEPSE Loses 65.58 Points and Closes at 2,506.61; All Sectors Close Red

The NEPSE index lost a massive 65.58 points and closed at 2,506.61 today. The index opened at 2,571.50 and slid down after that. The index showed signs of a bullish reversal by making the intraday high at 2,579.18. However, the bears eventually dominated and took the index as low as 2,501.38 before closing at 2,506.61.
12,911,721 shares traded hands via 86,092 transactions. The trading of 220 scrips brought the total market turnover to a little over Rs. 6.59 Arba.
While the float index lost 4.54 points and closed at 173.19, the Sensitive index is at 452.79 after losing 11.25 points.
Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited (UPPER) has the highest individual scrip turnover of a little over Rs. 31.74 crores. The shares of Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) traded the most.
Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) and Bishal Bazar Company Limited (BBC) have hit the 10% positive circuit breakers for the day.
On the other side of things, Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) has lost the most 8.06%.
All the sectors lost today, with the Hydropower sector that lost the most 4.04%.
