NEPSE loses 3.89 points while turnover crosses Rs.30 Crore; JSLBB loses 227 points today

The market today lost 0.33% or 3.89 points to close at 1160.99 points. The turnover today was of Rs.30.80 Crore which was achieved from trade of 1,035,071 units of shares traded through 5,463 transactions trading scrips of 163 listed companies in the process.

Promoter shares of Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVUPO) were traded the most today and posted the highest turnover. A total of 238,100 units of the scrip were traded posting a turnover of Rs.3.57 Crore with its LTP standing at Rs.150 per share.

Samudayik Laghubitta (SLBSL) was the top gainer today after it gained 5% or 27 points to close at Rs.567 per share. Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta (JSLBB) was today’s top lose after it lost 8.20% or 227 points to close at Rs.2540 per share.

Sensitive Index lost 0.78 points and closed at 246.47 points while Float Index lost 0.36 points to close at 84.26 points.

Finance, Manufacturing & Processing and Other were the only sub-indices in the green zone after gaining 0.21%, 0.32% and 0.17% respectively. Rest of the sub-indices ended up losing points with Hydropower losing the most at 1.12%.
