NEPSE lists more than 3.50 Million units of debentures issued by Siddhartha Bank and Sanima Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of debentures issued by Siddhartha Bank and Sanima Bank.
2,162,559 units of ‘10.5% S.B.L Debenture 2082’ has been listed in NEPSE. Debentures worth Rs.2.25 Arba were issued at par value of Rs.1000 per unit. The debentures with maturity period of 7 years will be providing interest rate of 10.5% annually to the debenture holders.
Similarly, 1,354,712 units of ‘10% Sanima Debenture 2085’ has been listed in NEPSE. The bank had issued 20 lakh unit debentures at par value Rs.1000 per unit. These debentures have a maturity period of 10 years. They will be yielding interest rate of 10% p.a.
Both these debt instruments can now be traded on the secondary market.
