NEPSE lists more than 16 Lakh units of bonus shares of three companies namely, RSDC Laghubitta, Ridi Hydropower and RMDC Laghubitta

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed bonus shares of three companies namely RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (RSDC), Ridi Hydropower Development Company (RHPC) and RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (RMDC).

575,920 Units Bonus Shares of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed on the secondary market. The company had issued 10% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 74/75.

300,633 Units Bonus Shares of Ridi Hydropower Development Company Ltd. has been listed on the secondary market. The hydropower company had issued 6% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 74/75.

726,726 Units Bonus Shares of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed on the secondary market. The microfinance company has issued 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75.

A total of 1,603,279 units of bonus shares have been made tradeable after listing.
