NEPSE lists more than 1.38 Crore units of bonus shares of three companies; two Commercial Banks and one Hydropower Company

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published circulars regarding the listing of bonus shares of three companies namely, NMB Bank (NMB), Citizens Bank (CZBIL) and Butwal Power Company (BPCL).

8,743,784.22 Units Bonus Shares of NMB Bank Limited has been listed on the secondary market. The commercial Bank has distributed 10% bonus shares and 20% cash dividend from the profits of FY 74/75.

Similarly, 2,914,457.73 Units Bonus Shares of Citizen Bank International Limited has been listed on the secondary market. CZBIL had distributed 3.628% bonus shares and 1.635% cash dividend from the profits of FY 74/75.

Also, 2,218,834 Units Bonus Shares of Butwal Power Company Limited has been listed on the secondary market. The hydropower company had distributed 10% bonus shares and 18% cash dividend from the profits of FY 74/75.

NEPSE has listed 1.38 Crore units of bonus shares in total. These shares can now be traded in the secondary market.
