NEPSE lists bonus shares of Janaki Finance Limited and Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

NEPSE has published notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of two companies namely, Janaki Finance Limited and Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta.
887,466 units of Janaki Finance that were distributed as 22% bonus shares, are now listed on NEPSE. Similarly, 2,000,000 units of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta that were distributed as 20% bonus shares have been listed on NEPSE.
These shares are now tradeable in the secondary market.
