NEPSE lists 7.75 Lakh IPO shares of Gurans Laghubitta and 10% bonus shares of Vijaya Laghubitta

Nepal stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published notice regarding the listing of IPO shares of Gurans Laghubitta and bonus shares of Vijaya Laghubitta (VLBS).

Asper the notice published, 775,000 Units IPO Shares of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed on the secondary market. These shares will be tradeable after the price for the first transaction is determined.

Similarly, 177,100 Units Bonus Shares of Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed on the secondary market. The microfinance company had distributed 10% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 74/75.
