NEPSE lists 6.667% bonus shares of Samata Microfinance; 37,920 units of shares now tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a circular regarding the listing of bonus shares of Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA).

37,920 Units Bonus Shares of Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed on NEPSE. These shares can now be traded on the secondary market.

The microfinance company had distributed 6.66% bonus shares and 7.36% cash dividend from the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.

After the adjustment of its 6.6667% bonus shares and 200% right shares, the paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs.18.20 Crore.
