NEPSE lists 4 lakh units shares of Suryodaya Laghubitta; Shares to be traded after 7 days of listing

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 4 lakh units shares of Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited today (Poush 7, 2073). The microfinance company had floated Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 1, 20,000 unit shares worth Rs 1.20 crore from Bhadra 12, 2073 till Bhadra 15, 2073. The listed shares will be tradable in NEPSE after 7 days of listing. The trading range may start from Rs 109 – Rs. 327. The microfinance company raised Rs 1.20 crore through the offer. After the IPO, its paid up reached to Rs 4 crore from the Rs 2.80 crore. Its authorized capital stands at Rs 8 crore. After the IPO, the promoter-public ratio of the company is at 70 % to 30%.
