NEPSE lists 25% bonus shares of Forward Community Microfinance; 7.75 Lakh units of shares listed

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (FOWAD).
As per the notice published, 775,063 Units Bonus Shares of Forward Community Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares can now be traded on the secondary market.
FOWAD had issued 25% bonus shares and 20% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
