NEPSE lists 22.75 Lakh units bonus shares of two microfinance companies: 10% bonus shares of DDBL and 25% bonus shares of SKBBL

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published circular regarding listing of bonus shares of Deprosc Laghubitta (DDBL) and Sana Kisan Bikas Bank (SKBBL).

703,100.4018 Units Bonus Shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed on NEPSE. The microfinance company had issued 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend from the profits of FY 74/75.

Similarly, 1,572,069.82 Units Bonus Shares of Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Limited has been listed on NEPSE. SKBBL had issued 25% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 74/75.

These shares can now be traded on the secondary market.
