NEPSE lists 2.59 crore units bonus and right shares of Himalayan Bank & 3 other companies

2.27 crore units bonus shares and 31.60 lakh units right shares of 4 different companies have been listed in Nepal Stock Exchange today for trading. Now, shareholders having these shares can sell them after receiving in their demat accounts.  Listing of bonus shares and rights shares of Kailash Bikas Bank Ltd. 39,50,840 units bonus shares (25% bonus share for FY 2072/73) and 31,60,672 units rights shares (20% right share issued from 6^th Falgun to 10^th Chaitra, 2073) of Kailash Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed. Listing of bonus shares of Himalayan Bank Ltd. 1,34,97,435 units bonus shares (30% bonus share for FY 2072/73) of Himalayan Bank Ltd. has been listed. Listing of bonus shares of Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. 50,000 units bonus shares (5% bonus share for FY 2072/73) of Civil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed.
