NEPSE lists 1.52 Lakh units bonus shares of SKDBL and 6.63 Lakh unit bonus shares of CFCL

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a circular regarding the listing of Saptakoshi Development Bank (SKDBL) bonus shares.

152,553 Units Bonus Shares of Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd. has now been listed on the secondary market. These shares can now be traded.

SKDBL had distributed 3% bonus shares from the profits of FY 74/75. It had also distributed 5.03% cash dividend for that period.

Similarly, 663,846 Units Bonus Shares of Central Finance Co. Ltd. (CFCL) has also been listed. The finance company had distributed 8.77% bonus shares from the profits of FY 73/74.
