NEPSE lists 1.22 crore bonus shares of NCC Bank and 72.57 lakh right shares of United Insurance Company

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 1.94 crore units right and bonus shares of NCC Bank and United Insurance.
NEPSE has listed 1,22,00,761 Units Bonus Shares of Nepal Credit And Commercial Bank Limited (NCCB). The bank has approved 15% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
NEPSE has also listed 72,57,600 Units Right Shares of United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC). The company had issued 240% right shares to meet the minimum capital requirement.
