NEPSE lists 1.14 crore shares of Tinau Mission; On plan to acquire Nepal Community Development Bank

Tinau Mission Development Bank (TMDBL) has Listed its 1,14,41,681.25 general shares in NEPSE. After the completion of merger between Tinau development bank and Mission Devlopment bank, they have been operating under the name of Tinau Mission Development Bank Limited from 31 Asar, 2076.

TMDBL is on plan to acquire Nepal Community Development Bank. They have already signed MOU for the acquisition and merger.

The paid-up capital of TMDBL stands at Rs.1.14 arba with Rs 10.22 arba as deposit figure, Rs 8.95 arba as credit figure, and 38 branches.
