NEPSE lists 1% bonus shares of Nepal Community Development Bank Limited

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Nepal Community Development Bank Limited (NCDB).
As per the notice published, 52,640 Units Bonus Shares of Nepal Community Development Bank Limited has been listed on the secondary market. These shares can now be freely traded.
NCDB had issued 1% bonus shares and 6.42% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75.
