NEPSE listed 40.91 lakh unit bonus & right shares of Reliable & Shangrila Dev. Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 40, 91, 453 units bonus and right shares of Reliable Development Bank Limited (REDBL) and Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) today (Kartik 3, 2073) for trading. Now the investors holding bonus and right share of these companies can sell their bonus and right shares. Listing of bonus shares of Reliable Development Bank Limited 7, 16,893 units Bonus Shares of Reliable Development Bank Ltd. have been listed. The development bank’s 10^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Ashad 17, 2073 had approved 10% bonus share to its shareholders. Listing of bonus and right shares of Shangrila Development Bank Limited 15,34,560 units Bonus Shares and 18,40,000 units Rights Shares of Shangrila Development Bank Ltd. has been listed. The development bank’s 11^th AGM held on Falgun 14, 2072 had approved 20.85% bonus share and 25 % right share to its shareholders.
