Nepse Index up by 5 points to close at 1,382.42 points supported by a turnover of Rs 67.34 crore; Insurance sector down by 46.15 points

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went up by 5  points or 0.36% to close at 1,382.42  points. Today NEPSE index opened at  1377.54 points and was seen fluctuating. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 67.34  crore where more than 11.27 lakhs unit shares were traded through 3,118  transactions. Sensitive index and float index went up by  1.26 and 0.3 points respectively. Banking, Finance, Manufacturing & production and others sector landed in green and all others landed in red. Insurance sector went plunged by 46.15 points.
