Nepse Index up by 3.46 points to close at 1345.53 points supported by turnover of Rs. 73.35 crore; Business as usual

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down  by  3.46  points or 0.26% to close at 1,345.53  points. Today NEPSE index opened at 1342.13 points and was seen fluctuating. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 73.35  crore where more than 14.26  lakhs unit shares were traded through 3,763 transactions. After the announcement of 23.47% right shares of Nepal Bank Limited (NBL), NBL worth Rs. 7.38 crore were traded today. Sensitive index and the float index went up  by 0.99  points and 0.66 points respectively. Except Banking and Others, all the sectors at Nepse landed in red.
