Nepse Index shows slight correction today; plunges by 4.10 points with turnover of Rs 1.81 arba

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 4.10 points or 0.22% to close at 1834.80 points. Nepse Index opened at 1839.15 points and went up to1851.80 points during the second trading hour of the day and after that it was seen on downward trend. 1, 86, 575 unit share of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL), 1, 57,479 unit shares of Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) were traded more today The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.81 arba, where more than 22.60 lakh units’ shares were traded through 8,292 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went down by 0.88 and 0.26 points respectively. Except Hydropower and Finance sector, all the sectors at Nepse landed on red. Hotel sector plunged by 78.93 points.
