NEPSE Index rises by 11.49 points to close at new high of 1318.03 points; 25 companies hit circuit break as turnover crosses Rs 96.67 crore

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE)  went up by 11.49 points or 0.88% to close at 1318.03 points. Today NEPSE index opened at 1306.81 points and was seen in an upward trend. API, SKBBL, ADBL and 22 other listed companies hit circuit break today.The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 96.67 crore where more than 18.44 lakhs unit shares were traded through 4,041 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went up by 1.95 points and 0.9 points respectively. Except Finance and Others, all the sectors at NEPSE landed in green. Insurance and Hydropower sector went up by 185.95 and 55.92 points respectively.
