NEPSE Index plunged by 9.20 points to close at 1100.09 level ; NLICP highest traded shares

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 9.20 points or 0.83 % to close at 1100.09 levels.
Opening at 1109.28 level this afternoon, the local brouse was seen in upward trend in the first trading hour.
The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 15.61 crore where more than 2.38 lakhs unit shares were traded through 778 transactions.
Sensitive index and the float index went down by 2.26 points and 0.62 points respectively.
All sector landed in red except Manufacturing and Production.
NLICP was the highest traded scrip with 13 thousand units shares traded worth Rs 2.33 crore. It is also the top gainer for the day gaining Rs 70 per share and closing at Rs 1800.
