Nepse Index lowers by 13.50 point to close at 1768.89 points; turnover of Rs 92.89 crore

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) went down by 13.50 points or 0.76% to close at 1768.89 points. Nepse Index opened at 1782.95points and was seen in downward trend. 116,000 unit shares of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Schemes and 61,539 unit shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited were traded more today. Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited hit circuit break today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 92.89 crore where more than 10.23 lakh units’ shares were traded through 4,797 transactions. Sensitive and float index went down by 3.11points and 1.07 points respectively. Except Finance, all sectors at Nepse landed in red. Hotel sector rose by 24.37 points.
